Weekend bookings have a minimum venue hire of £8,000 ex VAT. This is significantly higher than weekday rates and applies to all weekend events regardless of space used.

Catering has a minimum spend of £69.50 per person for 250 minimum guests (£17,375 total). For smaller events, there's a minimum catering spend of £4,150 ex VAT with a 100-guest minimum at £41.50 per person.

The Assembly Hall, Hoare Memorial Hall, and Bishops Partridge Hall can be hired together for larger events. The Bishops Partridge Hall accommodates up to 130 for drinks reception, while the Hoare Memorial Hall can handle 250 standing guests.

AV packages start from £4,495 ex VAT. The Assembly Hall package (£3,995 ex VAT) includes 4K laser projector, 8-speaker sound system, microphones, stage lighting, and engineers. Weekend bookings incur an extra £500 per AV package.

Yes, Dean's Yard Terrace is available for summer events until 19:00. The Summer Reception Package (£125+ VAT per person) includes terrace use until 19:00 and indoor space from 19:30-22:30.

Events typically run from 08:30-17:00 for daytime bookings. Evening events can run until 22:30-23:00. Setup access the evening prior is available from 18:30-21:30 for £11,940 ex VAT, with venue clearance required by 22:00.

Popular dates book up well in advance - the venue was already fully booked for dates like Tuesday 23rd September 2025, Thursday 26th June 2025, and Monday 21st October 2025 when inquiries were made months ahead.
