The Brasserie Restaurant (exclusive use) requires a minimum spend of £2,000 on food and beverage, plus an additional 13.50% service charge on beverages only. The Orient Suite dining space costs £1,500 including VAT for afternoon events (1:00pm-5:30pm) and also requires a minimum spend of £1,500 on drinks and nibbles.

The Brasserie Restaurant can accommodate existing mixed table setups or long tables for dining events. The Orient Suite can accommodate up to 80 people for banquet-style dining or 56 for cabaret-style seating.

Dining events typically run from 18:30-22:00 for evening events in the Brasserie Restaurant. The Orient Suite is available for afternoon dining events from 1:00pm-5:30pm. Evening events are not permitted in meeting spaces due to bedrooms being located on the same floor.

Booking holds are typically maintained for 2-5 days depending on the space and demand. Some bookings require confirmation with signed contract and payment within 24-48 hours, particularly for last-minute requests or high-demand dates.

The venue offers First Option (exclusive hold), Second Option (another booking has priority), and Shared Option (multiple bookings competing for the same space). First Option bookings have priority to confirm the space, while Second Option bookings depend on the primary booking's decision.

The venue cannot accommodate last-minute bookings due to time constraints and logistics of handover to the hotel for final planning. The Meeting & Events office is closed over weekends, making weekend bookings particularly challenging for short-notice requests.

All dining spaces include natural daylight, air conditioning, wireless broadband internet access, and LCD projector & screen. The Orient Suite features marble pillars, sculpted ceiling, and chandeliers, while basic room hire includes pads, pens, mineral water, sweets, and complimentary WiFi.

The venue allows external catering for certain events, as mentioned in wedding reception inquiries. However, specific policies regarding external decorators, suppliers, or vendors are not clearly defined and would need to be confirmed during the booking process.

Bookings are automatically released from the system if no feedback is received within the specified hold period. The venue reserves the right to release spaces or offer them on shared option if events are not confirmed and contracted within the specified timeframe.
