Brunel Room
Located on the ground floor of this award-winning Grade II listing venue, the Brunel room is fully accessible. Guests will be amazed by the walls which are covered with rich, dark French walnut panelling and the ceilings adorned by beautifully embellished plaster and lit by a large chandelier. The soft furnishings including recently-added curtains and carpets are well-appointed in reds, greens and golds which create a warm and luxurious feel. The Brunel room is connected to the Council room which allow flexibility in how the space is used should you have a drinks reception before your event.
Palmer Room
Styled with a modern, minimalist theme, the Palmer Room is situated on the lower ground floor with windows and natural daylight. It is an ideal function room for meetings and presentations for between 36 to 70 people depending on the room layout. The room is adjacent to the Rennie Room which is an ideal support space for catering or breakout sessions.

Styled in a modern, minimalist theme the Tredgold Room on the lower ground floor is fully accessible. This long room with windows at one end is ideal for a decent-sized board meeting for up to 24 people with enough space for a working business or buffet lunch. The room interconnects directly with the President's Dining Room, a charming place for a post meeting lunch or dinner.

The Telford Theatre, located on our first floor and fully accessible, is ideal for large conferences, presentations, lectures seminars, product launches, press conferences and AGMs. The dark wood panelled room can accommodate up to 240 people and has a fully accessible stage with a lectern and a top table, both have in-built monitors and microphones. The stunning glassed domed roof allows a feeling of space and light in the room. Room hire includes the services of a technician and all standard audio visual equipment already installed in the room.

Located on the lower ground floor but fully accessible, the Rennie Room has windows giving natural daylight to the space which is styled in a modern, minimalist theme. This, the light coloured walls and uncluttered space result in an ideal function space for meetings and presentations for between 36 to 100 people depending on the layout.

The charming President's Dining Room is on the lower ground floor and fully accessible via the discreet President's staircase or via our lifts. This lovely room is cosy and full of character. With its large period solid wooden table holding up to 18 people, it is the perfect room for a private diner. The room can also be made cosier and given a more intimate feel with winged leather armchairs, solid wood sideboards and closed blue and gold curtains.

Located on the ground floor of this award-winning Grade II listing venue and fully accessible, the Smeaton room has high ceilings and the large windows allow in lots of natural daylight. There is space to hold up to 150 guests Reception style or 100 guests for a sit-down dinner.

The fully accessible Godfrey Mitchell Theatre is located on the lower ground. This theatre is ideal for small conferences, presentations, lectures, seminars, product launches, press conferences and AGM's. We're fully equipped with state-of-the art presentation technology. At the front is a lectern and a top table for up to four people; each with fixed microphones. The space is very minimalist and modern in style with soft blue and white. Our smallest theatre can be linked up to our Telford Theatre which allow a capacity of over 340 people.

Located on the ground floor of this spectacular Westminster event venue is the Stephenson room, one of our smaller but really traditional function rooms. This cosy meeting room has high ceilings and large windows allowing in lots of natural daylight. Your delegates will be amazed by the rich, dark oak panelling and the ceilings adorned by beautifully embellished plaster and lit by a large chandelier. There is a solid wooden table along the middle of the room, ideal to seat up to 26 people for a board meeting or for a small presentation for up to 30 people theatre style.
