The Fireworks Factory is our largest space with a remarkable 1502m2 of flat floor space, offering complete freedom to configure your layout on the long or short axis, or even in the round - accommodating up to 1800 guests standing.

The room can include use of the bar and outdoor courtyard that run parallel, making it perfect for award ceremonies, conferences, networking events, product launches, galas, balls, expos, exhibitions, and large weddings.

The newly refurbished Platinum Suite is just a 2-minute walk from our on-site station Custom House, on the Elizabeth line and DLR. This exclusive-use, purpose-built meeting suite has an arrival lobby with cloakroom facilities, a lounge space with meeting and breakout rooms, and a main event space that can host conferences up to 700 delegates. There are private catering areas and comprehensive AV packages, managed by our on-site partner Anna Valley. Ideal for staff conferences, AGMs and company kick-off meetings.
