The New White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours of hire. Extra hours are charged at £160+VAT per hour. If you book both the White Loft and Palm Room together, the combined cost is £3,750+VAT with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour.

The New White Loft can accommodate a maximum of 120 people in theatre style, 100 people cabaret-style, or 150 people standing. The space is 2,092 sq ft and located on the third floor of the building.

Two unlimited refreshment options are available: Option 1 includes unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits for £10.90+VAT per person. Option 2 adds soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) for £14.90+VAT per person. All catering has a 10% service charge applied to the final bill.

AV equipment is available for additional charges including 85-inch screens at £275+VAT, microphones at £45+VAT, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) at £125+VAT. The venue can provide Smart TV screens, PA systems, and other AV equipment upon request.

Yes, the New White Loft can be combined with the Palm Room (2nd floor) for £3,750+VAT total, or you can hire all of Underwood Lofts (New White Loft, New Victorian Loft, and the Chalet) for £4,950+VAT per day. The entire venue is 5,850 sq ft across three connected spaces.

Underwood Lofts is fully DDA compliant with wheelchair-friendly bathrooms, two passenger lifts, air conditioning, cycle storage facilities, and a modern reception area. The building is located 6 minutes walk from Old Street station and was completely refurbished from a former 1908 paper production house.

Breakfast options start from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes and bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge is applied to all catering orders, and non-dairy alternatives are available.

Evening before setup is included when booking all of Underwood Lofts. For the New White Loft alone, extra hours beyond the 8-hour base hire are charged at £160+VAT per hour. When combined with the Palm Room, extra hours cost £320+VAT per hour.
