Unique and versatile loft space in Old Street, the Chalet at Lumiere Underwood is the perfect location for your private dining, wedding, party or celebration. The Chalet is connecting the adjacent New White Loft and New Victorian Loft and can be booked in conjunction with either or both. It is the ideal addition as a tea and coffee station, registration area, or as a quiet workspace for the event organisers' or delegates' private phone calls or 1-2-1 meetings.

Only on very rare occasions can the Chalet be rented separately.

The White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours (capacity 120 theatre/100 cabaret/150 standing), with extra hours at £160+VAT. The Palm Room is £1,850+VAT for up to 8 hours (capacity 70 theatre/70 cabaret/100 standing), extra hours £160+VAT. La Galeria and Studio costs £2,450+VAT for up to 8 hours (capacity 140 theatre/120 cabaret). Booking both White Loft and Palm Room together costs £3,750+VAT with extra hours at £320+VAT.

The White Loft accommodates 120 theatre style, 100 cabaret style, or 150 standing. The Palm Room holds 70 theatre style, 70 cabaret style, or 100 standing. La Galeria and Studio can host up to 140 theatre style or 120 cabaret style. The entire Underwood Lofts (all spaces combined) accommodates 180 theatre style, 150 cabaret style, or 180 standing.

Two refreshment options are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits for £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) for £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering.

85-inch Smart TV screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT (handheld) or £90+VAT (for multiple), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. The venue can provide PA systems, projectors, and other AV equipment for additional charges upon request.

Extra hours are charged at £160+VAT per hour for individual spaces (White Loft, Palm Room, La Galeria). When booking multiple spaces together like White Loft and Palm Room, extra hours cost £320+VAT per hour. The venue includes evening before setup in some packages.

The smallest space is The Palm Room, which is designed for a minimum of 50 people according to venue staff. The venue does not have small meeting rooms suitable for very small groups (under 20 people), as confirmed when they declined a booking request for just 2 people.

The building is fully DDA compliant with modern reception, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, air conditioning, and wheelchair-friendly bathrooms on the third floor of a refurbished 1908 paper production house.

The venue provides evening before setup included in some packages. Spaces are located on different floors: White Loft on third floor, Palm Room on second floor, and La Galeria and Studio on lower ground floor. The building has two passenger lifts and modern reception area for guest arrival and registration.
