The New Victorian Loft can be hired as part of the full Underwood Lofts package at £4,950+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours charged at £320+VAT per hour. When combined with the White Loft and Palm Room, pricing is £3,750+VAT for up to 8 hours with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour. Individual room pricing varies depending on availability and specific requirements.

The New Victorian Loft can accommodate up to 180 people in theatre style, 150 people in cabaret style, or 180 people standing. For intimate dining events, the space offers flexible seating arrangements with moveable furniture to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.

Multiple catering packages are available including unlimited refreshments at £10.90+VAT per person (tea, coffee, juice, biscuits) or £14.90+VAT per person (includes soft drinks). Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering orders.

The venue includes state-of-the-art AV equipment as standard. Additional equipment available for hire includes 85-inch screens at £275+VAT, microphones at £90+VAT, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) at £125+VAT each. Sound system and Smart TV are listed as venue features.

The New Victorian Loft is located on the third floor of Underwood Works at 6-14 Underwood Street, London N1 7JQ, adjacent to the New White Loft. The building is a former paper production house built in 1908, completely refurbished with modern reception, two passenger lifts, and is fully DDA compliant.

The New Victorian Loft can be hired individually or as part of various combinations. It's available as part of the full Underwood Lofts package (including New White Loft and Chalet), combined with just the White Loft, or potentially on its own depending on availability and specific requirements.
