Lumiere's Underwood Lofts, combining the contemporary and unique New White Loft. the elegant New Victorian Loft with its soft seating and the break-out and catering area the Chalet on the third floor. Underwood Lofts lends itself to corporate events, conferences, creative workshops, team building activities, VR experiences, press and product launches, board meetings, seminars, PR days, hybrid events and live streaming, Hackathons, networking, training, Christmas, anniversary parties, private dining, drinks and canapés receptions, trade shows. Underwood Lofts are located on the third floor.

When booking the entire Underwood Lofts, you get access to all spaces totaling 5,850 sq ft across the New White Loft (2,092 sq ft), New Victorian Loft (2,433 sq ft), and the Chalet (684 sq ft).

Two refreshment options are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits at £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) at £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering, and non-dairy alternatives are available.

85-inch screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT (handheld) or £90+VAT for multiple units, and stage pieces (1m x 2m) are £125+VAT each. The venue was built in 1908 as a former paper production house and has been completely refurbished.

The venue operates on daily hire basis for corporate events with spaces starting at £1,250+VAT per day for smaller groups. The smallest space (Palm Room) is geared towards 50 people minimum, so they don't accommodate very small meetings for just 2 people. Weekend rates may differ, with Saturday bookings from 9am-5pm starting at £1,650+VAT for some spaces.

Canapés and drinks reception packages are available with a minimum of 20 people, including chef and waiting staff on site.
