The Long Room, fronting the Pavilion, is a world-famous sight at Lord’s – international cricket players pass through it on their way onto and off the field of play. A magnificent backdrop for elegant Christmas parties, private dining, lunches and receptions, it has high, ornate ceilings and is fronted by glass. Its walls are lined with fine paintings celebrating the game from the 18th century to the present day. The adjoining Long Room Bar can also be used as a characterful drinks reception area


Watermens' Hall is a perfect location for conferences and events; our four rooms are full of historical artifacts and unique curiosities leaving us with an incredibly elegant and individual space. With full hire of the hall you will have access to our two larger rooms and two smaller breakout spaces.


The Council Chamber is the original Victorian Vestry Hall of the building. It is the most architecturally significant space featuring an original highly ornate moulded ceiling, columns and stained glass windows. With its beautiful architecture and mellow lighting, the Council Chamber is a lovely space just as it is – but responds particularly well to creative lighting and dressing – making it perfect for everything from an intimate reception or wedding ceremony to corporate entertainment.


The Museum Galleries provide a fascinating event space, surrounded by the backdrop of the museum collection. The Galleries can host sit-down dinners for both corporate and private events, or up to 500 people for a cocktail reception. The pricing is for 630-930pm with additional hours at £1000 each and events can go on until 2am.


Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.


One of London's last remaining Livery halls, Stationer's was built in 1673. The Hall comprises three imposing rooms that combine to make the perfect events and conference venue. The Livery Hall is the largest space and has opulent stained glass windows with give an impressive ombiance. The Court Room is fabulously elegant and ideal for breakout sessions. The Stock Room joins the two larger spaces and is often used for dancing or drinks.


Queenhithe, recently fitted with a new lighting system, is a contemporary room with a high ceiling, parquet flooring and an edgy industrial style. Queenhithe has plenty of natural light and can be set out in theatre or cabaret style, or used as an additional space for functions.


This modern and sleek private room is fantastic for any meeting or business lunch. The stunning five star hotel houses some of the most elegant spaces and the Met Space is no different. With its desirable location on the fringe of Hyde Park, this is an ideal setting to host international visitors.

Anomalous Space Angel, Islington

A_SPACE is the perfect film and photography location. Located within a charming Georgian townhouse in Islington, our unique and homely space has step-free access, off-street loading and superfast broadband. Featuring a 1000 sqft environment with a studio, lounge, library, kitchenette and make-up areas, it offers various backdrops ideal for filming, photo shoots and livestreams. Colourama, LED backwash lights and projection also available. If more space is needed for talent, team and/or equipment, combined hire with our second room B_SPACE is available. The Games Room on the lower ground floor of the Townhouse is perfect for dining, parties or play, with a small courtyard for those in need of "fresh air". Ideal for product launches, sit down dinner or a standing reception for up to 50 guests, the room also has a Sonos sound system for when you want to dance!


The contemporary museum Courtyard is a highly adaptable outdoor event space that comes with the added benefit of a thematic living plant wall and the opportunity to include a private curator-led museum tour. Besides, your guests have the opportunity to board the Mail Rail train and take an immersive journey through the secretive tunnels beneath the streets of London.


The Prince Consort Rooms is accessed through its own courtyard. It is flexible and adaptable to different seating layouts. Our in-house catering team will work with you on tailoring the menu to suit every guest's dietary requirements.
