The Large Committee Room is the largest of the three interconnecting rooms on the first floor. High ceilings and large windows along its full length give the room plenty of natural daylight and make this one of the lightest and brightest spaces at the Town Hall. With distinctive period features, Edwardian fireplaces and an elegant buttressed ceiling, it is ideal for private parties, networking drinks, receptions and meetings.
The Great Hall at One Moorgate Place is the largest event space and being a blank canvas it can be transformed by theming and effective event production; all of which can be provided by the One Moorgate Place Events Team. Being a large, adaptable space, there is a lot of scope for the room to cater for a huge range of events from exhibitions and conferencing to photo shoots and Christmas parties. Being adjoined to the Main Reception Room, the two rooms work together to provide a breakout space for catering or entertainment.
The Lindley Hall offers an outstanding backdrop to any event, including receptions, product launches, corporate events and banquets. Take advantage of the Hall’s stunning glass-vaulted ceiling for an abundance of natural light, or opt for full black out. Our modern facilities ensure this beautiful period venue is totally flexible. Quotations are bespoke depending on various factors such as seasonality or event time.
The Jewel House is home to the world's most valuable array of crowns, coronation regalia and jewels, many of which are still in use by the Queen. A private viewing is the perfect start to a memorable birthday party or corporate event at the Tower, from where guests can go on to dine in one of the other fantastic spaces. In addition, exclusive private tours with our knowledgeable Warding team are available both before and after public opening hours. There is a list of caters available that are acceptable to supply for events in the Jewel House.
Newly refurbished and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, America Square has also preserved a piece of British history that adds to the venue's unique style: the original London Wall from the days of Roman Britain. The Aldgate and Bishopsgate rooms combine into a spacious room that is suitable for a variety of business-related purposes, including conferences, meetings, seminars, trainings, workshops, and so on. The day rate includes room hire, continental breakfast, three-course lunch, cakes, pastries, energy bars, use of a breakout room, flip charts, and free Wifi.
The Copper Box Arena has played host to different conferences and trade shows including Tech Crunch, 24-hour hackathons, product launches, corporate entertainment, business meetings and Christmas parties have all been accommodated within the Main Arena to date. The flexible auditorium design allows the main seating blocks to be tucked away providing a pillar-free open floor area of 2,712m2 below the surround concourse and upper bowl seating. The venue also has strong reliable WiFi. The venue has played host to a number of events and is able to host numbers ranging from 300 up to 7,500.
We have a great space for whatever the occasion. Whether you're looking to join us for drinks with a group of friends or book the entire venue for a private party.... we even have a smaller private lounge room downstairs for those more intimate private parties!
A 275 square metres blank space with wide shutter doors that allow vehicle entry. There are also adjacent rooms and kitchen facilities. There are white walls and cove that lend themselves to bespoke decoration. The space is suitable for press and product launches, brand events, public events and exhibitions.
