The Pavilion Suite is a standalone building which has some beautiful views over the Plaza Lawns providing plenty of natural daylight. Black out blinds are available if required. Air con, sound systems and WiFi also available.

The Pavilion Suite is made up of three sections Pavilion 1, 2 & 3, all of which can be used individually or as a whole with maximum capacity of 1200 for a reception or up to 1370 theatre style.

With a fantastic location straight off of Junction 16 on the M4, Not only do we have the facilities of this much larger room, we also have an additional 14 other meeting rooms based on our conference floor. 

These rooms are all accessible via lift/stairs and are fitted with air conditioning and audio visual.
