Meeting Rooms

Historic Georgian sugar rooms with natural light, oak flooring, and exposed beams. Ideal for events up to 100 guests.

The Sugar Rooms, where the brewing sugar was stored, have natural daylight through elegant feature Georgian windows that overlook the courtyard. The rooms can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. The lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area and the upper sugar Room as the main meeting space. Both can be used as separate breakout spaces for larger events or together as more flowing space for networking. There is solid oak flooring in both rooms and exposed wooden beams in the upper Sugar Room.

RPS Suite is the space perfect for meetings and conferences. With excellent presentation facilities, capable of providing for all your audio visual needs - from simple PowerPoint presentations and video conferencing to live webcasts and even recording facilities.

Based on the ground floor the room has the unique backdrop of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Museum and Library. 

Breakout areas provide a memorable experience for guests and delegates, with lounge and foyer space for catering.

A grand hall with river views, ideal for dinners, weddings, and events up to 250 guests.

The Banqueting Hall is full of grandeur providing an impressive space for dinners, weddings, social events, receptions and awards ceremonies for up to 250 guests. The River Room works perfectly for pre-dinner drinks. 

The floor to ceiling uplit drapes coupled with the eye capturing led interchangeable colour chandeliers make for an impressive backdrop for your event. 

Alternatively, the Banqueting Hall can be used in conjunction with the River Room for a dinner dance as well as the London Bridge Arches to give your guests that sense of history associated with the venue.

Flexible conference suites in a Brutalist arts centre, ideal for meetings and presentations.

The Frobisher rooms are ideal spaces for both smaller meetings and syndicate work, with 6 individual conference suites each seating up to 50 delegates in theatre style or 16 delegates in boardroom style. 
The suites are separated by removable sound proofed partitioning, allowing complete flexibility in combining these rooms to create larger flat floored spaces.
When all partitioning are removed 2 large rooms accommodating up to 170 delegates in theatre style or 100 in classroom style each are created. There is a built in projector screen and a LCD projector to make giving presentations easy.

A versatile, light-filled event space with AV support. Ideal for conferences, exhibitions, and more.

This space is located on the first floor and is our largest event space at 195m². The Elizabeth Room is a versatile, light and airy space perfect for daytime conferences for up to 105, suitable for exhibitions, exams, team building and presentations. The adjoining breakout area is ideal for registration and catering. The hire of this room includes fully integrated audio visual equipment, AV support, an event coordinator, Wi-Fi and blackout blinds.

A versatile meeting and event space with garden access, suitable for conferences and workshops.

The Garden Room is suitable for hire as a meeting room, or for a conference, training workshop, product demonstration or corporate networking event. Delegates have access to the delightful Rotunda Gardens and the Terrace Garden Room can be hired with the other Terrace Rooms (Terrace Gallery and Terrace Boardroom) to accommodate up to 170 people.
