The Great Hall is the largest event space, accommodating up to 400 guests. As a versatile blank canvas, it's ideal for a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, press activities and presentations. The Great Hall features three large screens, a stage, and a podium, providing an excellent platform for showcasing and presenting to your audience. It supports various set-ups, including theatre, classroom and round tables, tailored to your event's specific needs. Room hire pricing varies by space and event type, with costs ranging from £1,650 for smaller rooms to £9,000-£10,000 for larger spaces like the Great Hall and Auditorium. The Member's Room is available with discounted rates when combined with catering packages. Minimum numbers typically apply - for example, Day Delegate Rates require minimum 65-80 guests depending on the package selected.

The Great Hall accommodates up to 400 guests in various configurations including theatre, classroom, and round table setups. The Auditorium seats guests theatre or classroom style with a separate Atrium for catering. Day Delegate Rates start from £100-£129 per person plus VAT depending on group size and package selected. DDR includes exclusive room hire, arrival refreshments, mid-morning snacks, finger buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, unlimited mineral water, standard AV package with lectern, microphones, screens, projector, PA system, live streaming capabilities, WiFi, delegate stationery, and cloakroom facilities. Minimum numbers of 65-80 guests typically apply.

AV technician support is mandatory at £500 plus VAT for most events requiring technical equipment. This includes video conferencing and live streaming package at no additional charge. The standard AV package includes lectern, microphones, branding screens, LCD projector, push-to-talk microphones at seats, fixed panel with microphones, relay screens, and PA system.

Catering ranges from £6.90 plus VAT for tea/coffee breaks to £54 plus VAT for fork buffet lunches. Drinks packages cost £22.50-£42 plus VAT per person for 1-2 hours of unlimited house wines, beers, and soft drinks. Canapes are available at varying rates, and bowl food options are offered. All catering has minimum number requirements, typically 80 guests for reception packages.

Dates can be held on 1st or 2nd option basis while proposals are reviewed. To confirm bookings, you must provide full company name, billing address, contract signatory details with email address, and proof of public liability insurance. Contracts are issued via DocuSign, and invoices are generated once signed contracts are received.

Events typically run during business hours with some flexibility for evening events. Setup access is usually provided 1 hour before guest arrival. Evening events can run until 23:00-23:30 depending on the space and event type. Host access times vary by event but generally allow for adequate setup and breakdown periods.
