Troxy is an independent, Art Deco venue which boasts an impressive list of events ranging from summits to brand activations. We can host up to 2,100 attendees for a conference or panel. For company days and workshops with smaller numbers, our Grand Hall can be divided with draping to create a 'separate' networking (and catering!) space. An array of layouts can work in the space - from cabaret for 250 guests to theatre for an audience of 2,100. The in-house AV can deliver a successful event without additional hire making us the ultimate Plug and Play corporate venue!




Frequently asked questions

The base hire fee starts from £15,975 + VAT and covers 5 hours of setup, 4 hours of live event time, and 2 hours of de-rig. This includes all in-house AV equipment (PA system, lighting rig, screens, projectors), plus 5 technical staff: Production Manager, FOH Sound Engineer, Monitor Sound Engineer, Lighting Engineer, and Stage Manager. Events must finish by 10:45pm.

Security contribution is mandatory at £300 + VAT per 100 guests for up to 5 hours of live time. Additional stage crew/runners cost £33 + VAT per hour if required. PRS licensing is 4.2% of gross ticket sales (may be exempt if artist is not PRS registered).

Troxy has a maximum capacity of 3,050 standing or 2,181 seated (subject to production requirements). The minimum guest requirement is typically 300 people, though they occasionally accept events with 250 guests. Events below these numbers are generally not considered suitable for the venue size.

Troxy does not offer dry hire - they operate all bars in-house and retain all alcohol revenue. You receive 100% of ticket face value, but all drinks must be sold through Troxy's bars. If you have an alcohol sponsor, they may potentially accommodate this arrangement.

If Troxy sells 100% of tickets through their platform, there are no markback charges and you receive 100% of face value. Markback charges only apply if you want to sell tickets through other outlets. There are no processing fees on complimentary tickets.

Backline and musical instruments are not provided - you must bring your own. The venue has public liability insurance, but they recommend you obtain employers liability insurance for your staff and event insurance in case of cancellation (though not essential).

Troxy operates a pie stand for snacks alongside their bars. For full catering, they have five approved suppliers: Moving Venue, Food by Dish, Seasoned Events, Boulevard Events, and KERB. You cannot bring external caterers - all food must be provided by their approved list.

Troxy requires references from previous events you've held at similar capacity venues in London before confirming bookings. They will contact these venues directly to verify your event history. You must provide specific contact details and dates of previous shows for reference checks.

There is no on-site parking at Troxy. The nearest parking is pay and display on Caroline Street. For site visits and meetings, visitors should come to the front doors, ring the buzzer, and ask for the specific staff member they're meeting.

The main external poster site is available for free use, but printing and hanging the poster requires a scissor lift at your expense. Most events use the smaller, more accessible poster sites around the venue instead as they are much cheaper and easier to manage.
