The Green room is a large space in the Heart of the Club. It can accommodate up to 150 people, has a fully operating bar, private bathroom facilities, full A/V tech and can be set up for theatre, cabaret, banqueting, standing reception. Perfect for conferences, meetings, networking, presentations.

The Green Room has a room hire fee of £1,000-£3,000 (often waived) plus a minimum spend requirement of £6,000-£10,000 on food and beverages depending on your event type and timing. A mandatory 15% service charge applies to all food and beverage purchases. For example, a typical corporate event would cost £10,200 total (£1,000 room hire + £8,000 minimum spend + £1,200 service charge).

The Green Room accommodates up to 150 people standing, 90 seated for rounds/banqueting, 100 for theatre style, or 60 for cabaret style seating. The space includes a fully operating private bar, private bathroom facilities, and access to an outside smoking terrace that holds 25-30 guests at a time.

Century Club opens at 8:30am for daytime events. For evening events, the earliest available start time is typically 6pm due to the private members club operations. Early access for setup may be available from 4pm with an additional early access fee of £2,500.

The Green Room includes a plug-in PA system for music/DJ/live music and full AV capabilities. Additional equipment available for hire includes staging, screen and projector, microphones, DJ decks, and uplighters. Flipchart and pens cost £18, and comprehensive AV packages with lighting and technician support cost around £800.

Century Club offers in-house catering with set menus for corporate events, canapés, bowl food, and working lunch options. All menus are subject to seasonal availability and price changes. Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited from being brought into the meeting rooms. A 20% discount on food applies when dining in the main restaurant.

Once you confirm your booking requirements, Century Club sends a payment link to secure the room. All food and beverage items are charged on the day of the event and incur the mandatory 15% service charge. Pre-orders are required by the Wednesday before your event date for working lunch menus.

The Green Room has a built-in PA system that supports Spotify, DJ equipment, and live music. Music can run until 12:30am for evening events. DJ booth and full production facilities are available, making it suitable for corporate parties and networking events with entertainment.

Century Club operates as an upscale private members club and cannot accommodate very low-budget events. Minimum spends start from £6,000 and can reach £20,000+ depending on the space and event type. The venue focuses on exclusive hire and may decline bookings that don't meet their budget requirements.

Daytime bookings in the Wardour room (£1,700 for 9am-5pm, 22 seated) include complimentary self-service tea, coffee, still and sparkling water, 60" plasma smart TV, Wi-Fi, and natural daylight. Fresh pastries can be pre-ordered for £4.50 each, and working lunch menus are available with advance ordering.

Yes, the Green Room can host both seated dinners (up to 90 guests) and standing drinks receptions (up to 150 guests) in the same space. The room can be reconfigured during your event, and the private terrace provides additional space for drinks and smoking breaks during corporate events.
