Whole Venue
The entire museum can be hired out exclusively for large receptions and corporate events in the evening. Our unique location and, galleries and special exhibitions provide the perfect backdrop to any company event. The hire of the whole museum can accomodate up to 2000 people for a reception.
Quayside Room
The Quayside Room's bare brick walls and direct views of West India Quay imbue the space with distinct character and atmosphere. With flexibility in layout, it's a popular venue for receptions. Located on the third floor of London Museum Docklands, it leads directly into the museum's galleries. Civil Ceremonies can be held within the Quayside Room.

The Sugar Store becomes an inviting and atmospheric setting for evening events. Its pitch-pine columns and original shuttered windows create a warm, elegant backdrop for receptions, dinners, and showcases. Easily accessed on the ground floor, it can host stand alone events or serve as a stylish breakout space alongside the Rum Store or the upper floor rooms.

With original pine columns and exposed brickwork, the Rum Store is a unique and contemporary space against the backdrop of Canary Wharf's only Grade I listed building. It features a private terraced area and is perfect for events, summer parties and BBQs as well as conferences and meetings.

The Muscovado Hall is the museum entrance during the day, however it can be transformed to provide a stunning background for your wedding. With exposed columns, and oak wood floors surround yourself with history as you are embarking on your own story! The whole ground floor can be hired for a large reception up to 400 people.

The Wilberforce Room is perfect for a variety of different events, from conferences to dinners and parties. With Wedding Receptions and private dinners, the space is versatile and can accommodate hybrid meetings run by our fabulous AV team.

The Riverside Room, which is located on the right side of the Muscovado Hall as you enter the museum, benefits from its own entrance and private terrace meaning guests can enjoy the Canary Wharf skyline, as well as the stunning atmosphere of the quayside. With exposed brick walls and original wooden columns and floors, the Riverside Room provides a unique backdrop for receptions of up to 300 guests and 180 for a dinner dance. The private terrace has additional capacity for 350 standing.

Located over five floors within a splendid late Georgian warehouse and is Canary Wharf’s only Grade 1 listed venue. The Museum offers outstanding settings for corporate events -meetings and conference. As well as Drink receptions and private dining. We also provide space for weddings.
