The beautiful Stockholm room can seat up to 62 guests yet is popular for smaller events utilising the extra space as a lounge area for pre or post drinks. For standing parties the room can accommodate up to 100 guests. For larger bookings we suggest booking the inter connecting Copenhagen to allow for more space.
Our Holy Duck lounge sits at the back of the venue and is a great semi-private room, beyond the gaming area and our Carousel Bar. It offers up to 40 people an intimate corner to enjoy all the bright lights of the fair but with a little privacy to mingle. With a rubber duck wall installation, mirror ceiling and low banquette seating, this space is a one off for a smaller group.
The Broadcaster is a brand-new contemporary pub with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, the Second-Floor space offers a blank canvas to host a variety of events with its own private bar. The terrace also offers outdoor space with views over White City. Ideal for larger events – such as wedding receptions, and corporate events.

The Monster bar is a striking backdrop for any private dining event, whether with friends, family or colleagues. Think spooky canapés served by the walking dead! Careful though, you never know which soul you might bump into down there! Private events, banqueting, buffet, birthday or corporate event - we have the lot covered! Buffets, set menus, platters all catered for under the arches of London Bridge. We host birthdays, celebrations, corporate dinners and engagement parties too. The exposed brickwork in the tunnels makes for a beautiful and unique setting.

Luna Room is a bright and flexible event space. Spacious enough for up to 100 people and with it's own satellite kitchen area. The room is perfect for larger workshops, co-creation and conferences. All of our rooms are flexible in layout, and come fully equipped with professional technology, stationary and equipment bespoke to your needs. A popular space for cocktail parties for up to 120 guests or a dinner for up 70 people. The Council Chamber combines period elegance with modern facilities with a stately feel. The perfect spot for any event. This room can be hired as part of the first floor exclusive hire when combined with the Ann Rylands Room and Terrace to create a reception space for up to 120 people - additional hire fees apply.
Situated next to the Grand Hotel Bar you'll find two leafy pergolas. Our pergolas have great vantage point overlooking the Helter Skelter Course and are perfect for smaller Christmas celebrations. The large pergola can seat up to 16 people and the smaller pergola can seat up to 8.
The V12 room accommodate a variety of events such as private dining, wedding receptions - seated and standing, corporate meetings, team building days incorporating our classic cars, training days and product launches. We can accommodate dining on round tables and long tables for up to 150 people. The room can fit in a dancefloor and DJ for more formal events. The room is filled with sculptures, art on the walls and a viewing gallery that shows off our classic cars. This gives the space that unique edge that makes your event different from the rest.
The stunning First Floor Dining Room is available for exclusive hire for up to 100 guests standing and 60 guests seated. With floor to ceiling glass walls and an abundance of natural light, the First Floor dining room is a versatile space to host a variety of events. The wraparound terrace offers panoramic views across Granary Square and Regent`s Canal-the perfect backdrop for any event!

Some say ginger can cure diabetes, colds, headaches and the flu. We make no such bold claims, but this is a lovely light room thanks to it's floor length windows. A bright, large and flexible room for up to thirty five people in cabaret seating. The room benefits from a private kitchen and refreshment station, perfect for a cuppa or wagon-wheel during the session. All our spaces are flooded with natural daylight, flexible in layout and come fully equipped with AV facilities, equipment and stationery.
