ODEON BFI IMAX Waterloo Waterloo South Bank

The BFI IMAX® offers real impact. At more than 20 metres high and 26 metres wide, the BFI IMAX® is the biggest cinema screen in the UK, giving audiences a genuinely unique experience in both 2D and 3D. The luxury auditorium, which sits 498 people, is regularly used for product launches, conferences, private screenings and major events,and is the ideal venue for businesses looking to make a statement.

BMA House Bloomsbury

The Joseph Lister Room is an excellent space for smaller events. With AV technology and video conferencing available it is a great choice for small meetings or discussions. It can also be used as a buffet space.


Stationers' Hall offers an impressive and unique conference and events venue in the heart of the City of London. The interlinking rooms make this venue ideal for various layouts whether it be cabaret or theatre style. The Hall is very suitable for conferences, meetings, AGMs, away days, seminars and offers plenty of space for networking events as well. Stationers' Hall is available for hire 7 days a week on an "exclusive use" basis. Stationers' Hall can also be hired for filming and fashion shows.

The Science Museum South Kensington

Our IMAX Theatre has a screen the size of four double-decker buses and an auditorium that seats up to 414 people. The IMAX uses image maximum technology, a state-of-the-art surround system and one of the world's most sophisticated projectors, making it the ideal venue for a private screening. Our in-house technical team can provide expert support.

One Moorgate Place Moorgate Place

The Great Hall lies in the centre of One Moorgate Place and is the largest event space in the venue accommodating up to 400 guests. Being a blank canvas, this space is perfect for business related events such as conferences, seminars, guest lectures, press related activity and presentations. The three large screens, stage and podium provide the perfect platform to showcase and present to an audience. The room can cater for a number of different set-ups including theatre, classroom and round tables depending on the need for your event.

RSA House West End

The Great Room offers couples to marry in historic splendor. Whether it be their wedding ceremony, drink reception or wedding breakfast, this room can accommodate every aspect of the wedding day. The original James Berry mural offers an impressive setting for every wedding. We can host a ceremony or drink reception for up to 200 guests, or wedding breakfast for 140 guests,


Our 300 seat Auditorium is our largest space for conferences and events. The built-in theatre style layout creates a lecture style facility, ideal for presentations, seminars and panel discussions. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art screen, Sony HDR 4K Laser projector and surround sound speakers, as well as the opportunity to produce video conferencing/streaming. The adjoining Exhibition Space is a bright/airy blank canvas space with registration and cloakroom facilities, as well as wonderful branding options including a 5m wide video wall, 84" welcome screen and 4 large media screens.


Located on the second floor the Sopwith Room has great natural light through bow windows. Ideal for a range of corporate events such as meetings, small conferences and presentations.

Museum of London City of London

Holding your meeting at the Museum means that delegates can enjoy private guided tours of the collections, team building activities produced by the experienced in-house events team, as well as a delicious array of food and refreshments. The Boardroom is decorated with an impressive archaeological wall display as well as all the necessary equipment to ensure that your conference, boardroom meeting, product launch, AGM, presentation or other corporate event is an inevitable success.


One of London's last remaining Livery Halls, Stationers' Hall was completed in 1673. The Hall comprises a suite of four characterful, interlinking rooms, along with a Garden, that combine to make the perfect events and conference venue. The Livery Hall is the largest space and has opulent stained glass windows which give an impressive ambience. The Court Room is fabulously elegant and ideal for breakout sessions. The Stock Room joins the two larger spaces and is often used for dancing or drinks. The secluded Garden with its' huge plane tree is an ideal location for a summer event.
