Lounge 1 has 40 leather seats. Each seat fully reclines at the touch of a button and has double the leg room of a standard cinema seat. It is a suitable venue for conferences, meetings, presentations, private screenings, birthday parties, kids' parties, and corporate hospitality events. Private Kids Parties are available at The Lounge between Monday to Friday 09:00-15:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-13:00.
The Friends and Members Room is a grand space with high ceilings and natural daylight. It can be used as one large space or separated into two using the bi-folding doors making it ideal for meetings, training sessions, workshops and conferences as well as receptions, private dinners, wine tastings, pop-up shops and press events. When hired together with the Great Hall, this space works well as a green room, VIP area, breakout space or wardrobe.
Watermen's Hall is a perfect location for presentations, business meetings and events; with four rooms full of historical artifacts and unique curiosities Watermen's Hall is an incredibly elegant and individual space. With full hire of the hall you will have access to our two larger rooms and two smaller breakout spaces giving your event the versatility and flexibility to be a roaring success.
The Lutyens Suite is located on the ground floor and comprises of the John Snow and Sir James Paget Rooms. All the spaces in the Lutyens Suite share the same magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows and offer plenty of natural light. The rooms are incredibly versatile and can comfortably host meetings and corporate dinners. It also makes for a fantastic space when catering for larger conferences that are taking place in the Great Hall.
The tiered auditorium can accommodate 229 delegates; however, its welcoming design also offers a more intimate setting for smaller numbers. The room boasts a stage for panel discussions along with a lectern, PA system and microphones, all operated by an in house technician.
