The Main Hall can accommodate up to 200 guests for seated events like ceremonies, dinners, and conferences. For standing receptions, the venue can host up to 330 guests across all spaces. The maximum capacity for seated awards ceremonies is specifically limited to 200 people.

Exclusive dry hire of Stationers' Hall costs £5,000 + VAT, with standard hire times from 10:00am to 6:00pm. For Saturday ceremonies, the cost is £2,000 + VAT for an 11:00am to 1:00pm slot. Additional hours or extended access may incur extra charges.

The venue has a minimum requirement of 100 guests for Thursday events. For other days of the week, minimum requirements may vary and should be confirmed when booking.

Summer packages start at £120 per person. The Christmas package costs £138 per person (excluding VAT) and includes a traditional three-course festive dinner with coffee and mince pies, welcome drinks, half bottle of house wine per person, and venue hire from 6:00pm to 11:30pm with cash bar facilities.

You can bring your own preferred caterer, but they must be reviewed and approved by the venue. You need to share your caterer's credentials with the venue team for approval before confirming your booking.
