After entering The O2's main entrance and walking right along the Entertainment Avenue, visitors will encounter indigo at The O2. The O2's smaller, entertainment venue which is no less modern, glamorous or high tech than it's older sister. This multi-functional venue is perfect for any live ticketed music gig, comedy, TV recording or private corporate event. These range from large awards dinners, conferences and parties to graduations, conferences and product launches.
The Museum of London Docklands has six stimulating and informative galleries which can be hired together for larger events and receptions. All featuring as part of the museum tour, the galleries are The Thames Highway Gallery, London Sugar and Slavery, Docklands at War, Trade Expansion Gallery, Sailortown, City and River Gallery. These can be hired in isolation or in conjunction with each other and other event spaces.

As one of the oldest and most spacious venues in London, the Porter Tun is a stunning space perfect for large events such as conferences, awards evenings, exhibitions and fashion shows. Features include an exposed King Post timber roof giving a span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor, along with a large raised balcony ideal for a presentation platform or reception area. It is equipped with state of the art sound system, Wifi, and fully integrated LED lighting system. This space is fully air controlled and has natural daylight. The Malt Room can be booked as a green room.
The Whitehall Suite in One Whitehall Place is a grade 1 listed room and can hold receptions for up to 220 guests and dinners for up to 170. We provide in house catering, but the floor can also be hired for the use of external caterers too with its own kitchen. The Whitehall Suite is perfect for networking events, cocktail and canape receptions, dinners, Christmas parties and corporate events. Exclusive use of the floor is available, with its own cloakroom and toilet facilities.
The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the centre of BMA House on the first floor, it has views from a balcony over the main Courtyard.
