The Porter Tun is one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. An exposed King Post timber roof giving a clear span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor makes it a perfect location for conferences, awards dinners, fashion shows and exhibitions. The large raised balcony is ideal for a reception area or presentation platform. The Malt Room is able to be booked as a green room.

Situated on the First floor of the centrally-located Leonardo Royal London City Hotel, the Auditorium is a generously-sized meeting and events space, impressively accommodating up to 450 delegates. The room can also be split into the Lion and Bell suites, for slightly smaller events of up to 180 delegates.

The Auditorium

Leonardo Royal Hotel London City

Historic circular event space with a glass dome, ideal for dinners and parties up to 372 guests.

The Assembly Hall is a Grade II listed event space which was built in 1939, and designed by world-renowned architect, Sir Herbert Baker. 

Features include natural daylight, polished English oak panelling and the circular space's architectural focal point - a striking 30-foot glass dome. 

The iconic 519 square metre circular space with its ceiling height of 9.7m hosts Charity Fundraising Dinners, Awards Dinners, Private Dining, Christmas Parties, Summer Parties, and Gala Dinners for up to 372 guests, or dinner dances for 300.

Fully self-contained on a dedicated floor of the hotel, with its own private entrance, the Palace Suites can accommodate up to 320 guests cabaret style and is the ideal venue for a large conference. Situated on the Lower Ground floor of the property, Trinity & Goodmans suite offers a total capacity of 750 people. The room may be hires as a single space or separated into four separate suites, depending on the type of the event. The suite is ideal for hosting product launches, exhibitions, live webcasting session, dinner dances, conferences, gala dinners and Annual General Meetings. By booking the suite, you also get an access to the private indoor Atrium and two spacious Foyers which are the perfect space for the catering and exhibition.
