The Convocation Hall offers an intimate atmosphere suited to Press Conferences. The event space combines grace and history - it hosted the House of Lords during periods of the Second World War. 

A low stage at one end of the room is framed by classically inspired details with a private seated gallery at the other end. 

The Convocation Hall can host up to 100 attendees for a Conference and is the ideal venue for Meetings, Workshops, Training Sessions, and Exhibitions.

Originally designed by theatre designer JB Briggs, the sense of drama is apparent as you step into this magnificent Ballroom. Abundant with original features and its eponymous crystal chandelier, this venue is an inspirational setting for a conference, or private dining event.

The Crystal Ballroom was designed back in the late 1800s and has kept its wow factor since its inception. 

With a private Mezzanine and Balcony overseeing the Ballroom, this function space is a unique and captivating room, rich with history much like the St Ermin's Hotel.

Flexible, light and with stunning views, the Rutherford is ideal for conferences, dinners, receptions, meetings, presentations, seminars and as a syndicate space for larger conferences. It can accommodate theatre style events for up to 78, cabaret for 35 and classroom for 40. With moveable walls that can be removed to increase capacity, it can be combined with the adjoining Abbey and Moore or used independently.

Located on the ground floor of this award-winning Grade II listing venue, the Smeaton room is fully accessible. Guests will be amazed by the rich and dark French walnut panelling and by the high domed ceiling lit by a large crystal chandelier. The soft furnishing including curtains and carpets are well-appointed in reds, greens and golds which help create a warm, luxurious feel in the room.
The Smeaton room is connected to the Brunel room which allow flexibility in how the space is used should you have a drinks reception before dinner.

The Orient Suite is our most spectacular space here at the Grosvenor Hotel. The name heralds from the great Orient Express, a name forever associated with glamorous destinations and the height of luxury. 

Marble pillars and fireplaces, a sculpted and elegant ceiling along with glistening chandeliers have been perfectly restored from the Victorian Era give an authenic period touch to the space and emphasising the sense of occasion. 

The Orient Suite can be arranged into the layout of your choice seating up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast or 150 for a wedding reception.

The Foyle Centre is a flexible space, which consists of 2 large spaces, which can be broken down into 4 smaller spaces. With sound proof, moveable partitions, it can be hired whole or in various configurations. 

Ideal for conferences, meetings, training rooms and workshops. It comes fully IT equipped, with drop down screens and a lectern for presentations. One large space can fit up to 200 people in a lecture room, offering an alternative space for an AGM. 

Privately tucked away on the lower ground floor, and with the adjacent atrium, which can be used for your post event drinks
