Adjacent to the Main ODEON LUXE Leicester Square are the ODEON Studios featuring 5 smaller screens seating from 33 - 54 guests. Whatever your corporate event be it a private screening for clients and colleagues, conference announcement or launch event your audience will get the best seats in the house. Your presentations will benefit from the latest state of the art audio-visual technology.

At Britain's oldest cinema, your screening will be held in the same place that the Lumiere' brother's films were first shown to the public in the UK in 1986. Beautifully restored to match it's first incarnation as a cinema the auditorium has a striking, almost theatrical feel to it, unlike anywhere else in the West End. With a full suite of modern projection equipment, we are able to screen 35mm film and 4k. Our fully licensed bar is available alongside bespoke catering option.

Whether it is a private premier screening or just an opportunity to enjoy an old classic, the intimate and unique atmosphere provided in the Durham Street Auditorium provides an opportunity to try something a bit different in a one off setting.

The Portico Rooms is one of our most popular venue hire spaces, offering balcony views for guests over both The Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court and the River Thames. This network of four elegant 18th century, blank canvas spaces can be adapted for any style of event. We've previously hosted press days, meetings, conferences, receptions, dinners, wine tasting, exhibitions and a wide range of other gatherings.

The ICA offers comprehensive screening room services overseen by an experienced Projection Team. Cinema 2 is ideal for smaller press views, quality control screenings, private screenings or simply to enjoy a film. Cinema 2 can sit up to 45 guests

Trapeze Bar is located in Central Shoreditch and is easily accessible by public transport. Set over three floors, the venue offers a really flexible and quirky setting for all types of event including launch parties, club nights and celebrations. There are two entrances so two events can occur simultaneously. The Main Bar is the largest space in Trapeze and its circus themed decor is colourful, stylish and totally unique. Apologies- we are unable to accept 18th birthday parties and private hire on Friday and Saturday nights.

The Leopold Muller Lecture Theatre is a purpose built space ideal for daytime and evening conferences, lectures, meetings and presentations within the National Maritime Museum. It is fully equipped with an extensive range of AV facilities, including a full HD projector, wireless microphones, 2 PTZ cameras, and moveable spotlights. The theatre is self-contained and accessible through the main museum galleries. Semi private catering facilities are available alongside in the Propeller Space and the Brasserie overlooking the park is ideal for a networking lunch. Breakout spaces are available.

The Monster bar is a striking backdrop for any private dining event, whether with friends, family or colleagues. Think spooky canapés served by the walking dead! Careful though, you never know which soul you might bump into down there! Private events, banqueting, buffet, birthday or corporate event - we have the lot covered! Buffets, set menus, platters all catered for under the arches of London Bridge. We host birthdays, celebrations, corporate dinners and engagement parties too. The exposed brickwork in the tunnels makes for a beautiful and unique setting.

Kachette's main space Arch 1 on Old Street is an in demand location for pop ups. Recent pop up clients include Kanye West, Nike and Google. Kachette has hosted many retail, fashion, cosmetic, mobile, gaming and Christmas pop-ups, sample sales, product launches, vintage markets, pop up cinemas, performing arts events, exhibitions and liquor brand popups. Kachette's Old Street billboards can also be hired offering prime real estate to promote your pop up. For larger pop-ups, hire the whole venue to extend the event into Kachette's back room Arch 2 with a capacity of up to 330 guests.

Shoreditch Studios is a dry hire warehouse event space catering for up to 350 guests. The premises consist of two adjoining railway arch studios with exposed Victorian brickwork, high ceilings, contemporary white infinity coves, green rooms, a small kitchen, mezzanine lounge and a spacious outdoor courtyard. The versatile dry hire venue can be transformed for various events including art exhibitions, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, Christmas parties, conferences, corporate functions, fashion shows, hackathons, pop-ups, product launches, training events and weddings. Bring your board meeting, business seminar, or conference to the five-star Courthouse Hotel's Private Cinema for a unique, interesting, and successful experience in a luxurious setting. The cinema is equipped with top-of-the-line audio-visual equipment, including digital projection; a Dolby sound system; an FP115 stage unit; laptop, iPod, and stage connectivity, Martin Audio surround sound speakers, and microphones. The space is small enough to be intimate, but large enough to accommodate just under 100 people. The decor is rich, and includes large, comfortable leather seats.
