Located on the ground floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for up to 210 guests. Perfect for Launches, Lectures, Conferences and Workshops. The room hire includes the use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery located on the lower ground floor for registration and catering, a technician during the hours booked and audio visual equipment (data projector, lectern, 6 top table microphones, 2 hand held radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, laptop)
Comfortable large auditorium with state-of-the-art audio visual installed including 4k HD projector, wireless LED lighting, remote cameras, recording equipment for video production and online streaming, surround sound. Can hold up to 298 people. Ideal for lectures, seminars, product launches, press conference, exams, AGMs.
The Queen's Room, set on the ground floor of the historic Armoury House, has a very high ceiling and huge windows looking out on the stunning Artillery Garden. Frequently used for business lunches, meetings and private dinners, The Queen's Room is also often used as a syndicate room for conferences taking place the The Prince Consort Rooms, and can be hired in conjunction with the Ante Room across the hallway.

The Abbey Room is located on the ground floor and overlooks Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey. The versatile meeting room is adjacent to the Westminster and Herbert Baker Rooms and is well-suited to corporate hybrid meetings, interviews, seminars, forums, and workshops. The Abbey Room is also often used as a breakout room and its uses include an organiser's office, a green room for speakers, or catering space.
A bright, 'Scandi' styled modern meeting space with natural light and built in LCD screen 65." The Franklin room provides an intimate & professional feel suitable for focus groups, informal meetings & training days from 5-14 guests. If you require some soft informal seating, have a chat with the team about your furniture requirements. We can source anything from bean bags to comfy sofas for your event. The Franklin room is sole with unlimited access to our boardroom pantry which includes Euros Fairtrade coffee & a selection of teas with Chef's selection of sweet & healthy snacks.
Fine room 1 is is the largest and the grandest of the Fine rooms. With marbled fireplace, ornate ceiling and almost full height windows, it is most suitable for seminars, conferences, product launches, and team building events. It can also be used for a sit down dinner for up to 80 guests (this number can be increased by using the adjoining Fine room 2).
The Wolfson room is a unique setting for your next conference, lecture or AGM. The room boasts large windows, electric blinds and air conditioning, as well as being equipped with a stage, lectern, audio lectern, PA system and projector We also have a on site AV technicians who can sit in during your event to put your mind at ease. The Wolfson room comes with a complimentary catering space and a separate lobby area for registration.
