Opened by Queen Victoria in 1845, the Great Hall, complete with striking fresco, minstrel's gallery and a ceiling of beautifully worked oak, is described as one of the most impressive surviving buildings of its kind in London and provides a spectacular setting for all types of events. 
Suitable for receptions for up to 450 guests, dinners for up to 280 guests,  lectures and ceremonies for up to 300 guests and wedding receptions and dinner dances for up to 200 guests.
The adjoining Bench Rooms and an east facing terrace overlooking impressive grounds is perfect for arrival receptions.

Nash Room

116 Pall Mall

Historic library venue with river views, ideal for weddings and large events in central London.

The Gladstone Library on the 2nd floor of One Whitehall Place offers a very special licensed event room accommodating up to 220 people for ceremony, and 220 for wedding breakfast. 

The Library interlinks directly with the Reading & Writing Room which accommodates up to 120 for ceremony or wedding breakfast, or 250 for drinks reception and offers views over Whitehall Gardens, London Eye and River Thames.

Wedding packages are available with our internal catering, and can also be offered as a dry hire venue with external  caterers for Indian and Kosher cuisine.
