Modern Conference Venues

A large, flexible event space with stunning Tower Bridge views. Ideal for conferences and receptions.

The largest event room at The Tower Hotel, the Tower Suite can accommodate up to 550 people. Fully refurbished in 2007, this 550 sqm space can be divided into three smaller rooms, separated by soundproof walls to ensure complete privacy. 

Located on the first floor, The Tower Suite has its own private entrance and foyer area, with magnificent views of Tower Bridge. It's also fully wheel-accessible. The Tower hotel can provide movable staging and a dance floor to cater for all types of event, and our in-house AV company can provide on-site technicians as required.

The Tower Hotel

A chic, versatile event space for up to 300 guests, ideal for receptions and stylish gatherings.

Elegantly styled with light decor, the ME Room is available for hire 24 hours a day. 

Large scale events such as fashion shows and car launches are just a small selection of the impressive events held here. 

The ME Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 80 for dinner, or with the inter-connecting walls removed between the 6 adjoining studios, the total capacity can be increased to 300pax for a reception or 250pax for a seated lunch or dinner.

The venue comes complete with all furniture and linen, as well as table centrepieces and elegant uplighting.

The ME Room 

ME London Event Space

A spacious, pillar-free event suite with advanced AV tech in a green hotel near Tower Bridge.

Situated on the Lower Ground floor of the property, Trinity & Goodmans suite offers a total capacity of 750 people. The room may be hires as a single space or separated into four separate suites, depending on the type of the event. The suite is ideal for hosting product launches, exhibitions, live webcasting session, dinner dances, conferences, gala dinners and Annual General Meetings. By booking the suite, you also get an access to the private indoor Atrium and two spacious Foyers which are the perfect space for the catering and exhibition.

Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge

A vast historic event space with a timber roof, ideal for conferences, dinners, and exhibitions.

The Porter Tun is one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. An exposed King Post timber roof giving a clear span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor makes it a perfect location for conferences, awards dinners, fashion shows and exhibitions. The large raised balcony is ideal for a reception area or presentation platform. The Malt Room is able to be booked as a green room.

Landing Forty Two is geared solely for corporate or private hire and not open to the general public, offering a truly exclusive and unforgettable experience in one of London’s newest iconic skyscrapers. 
Having opened in 2015, the venue is still in prime condition. Fitted out with the latest, high quality production, including LED colour changing atmospheric lighting, full sound system and furniture, the space is completely ‘event ready’ for conferences, awards and product
launches. Blinds can be electronically adjusted at the touch of a screen and every window and wall can be branded.
