The Arab Hall is based on the 12th Century palace of La Zisa and lined with Leighton's priceless collection of tiles.  The ground floor also includes the drawing room, dining room and the library which would be perfect for a Victorian-esque  film or photoshoot. The back garden can be used as well.

The Max Rayne Auditorium is a large purpose-built lecture theatre with 148 tiered leather seats. This room offers various forms of lighting and comes with a projection screen.
