The Bridge Room starts at £3,500+VAT per day, with the Court Room and Library combination available at £107.10+VAT per person for day delegate packages. The Banqueting Hall hire starts at £4,500+VAT for set-up from 1pm, while the River Room and Thames Room can be hired from £1,500-£3,850+VAT for 8am-5pm access.

Security is mandatory at £198.50+VAT for certain bookings, particularly evening events and private parties. This appears to be required for events extending beyond standard daytime hours or when alcohol is served.

The spaces include 1 data projector with projection wall, 1Gb/s fibre optic broadband with WiFi speeds up to 300mbps upload/download, PA system, and adjustable lighting that can be modified to suit filming needs. The Bridge Room can serve as back-of-house space for costume storage, changing, makeup and hair.

The London Bridge Arches can accommodate up to 120 standing guests, while the Court Room and Library combination works for up to 120 people with the main plenary in the Court Room and catering/networking in the Library. The Bridge Room and other spaces have varying capacities depending on setup requirements.

All external suppliers including DJs and technical crews must provide RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), PAT testing certificates, PLI (Public Liability Insurance) certificates, and sign a supplier briefing form. These documents are mandatory before any external equipment can be brought into the venue.

Spaces are available on 'joint 1st option' meaning multiple clients can hold the same date simultaneously. When one client wants to confirm, contracts are sent out and whoever signs fastest secures the booking, even if another client inquired first or expressed stronger interest.

Additional costs include security at £198.50+VAT when required, wastage charges of £375+VAT for certain events, refundable deposits of £5,000+VAT for private parties, and potential charges for specialized linen (though standard black linen is included). DJ and dancefloor packages start at £850+VAT.

Day delegate packages typically include organizer access from 8am on the event day with hire running 9am-5pm. Evening events generally have access from 6pm-11pm or 6pm-11:30pm. Extended setup times can be arranged with venue hire starting from 1pm for additional fees.

The in-house PA system is only suitable for conference use rather than music, so DJs and music-based productions must bring their full sound kit. All external audio equipment must meet the venue's technical requirements and supplier certification standards.

The venue has 5 parking spaces directly outside the building that can be hired separately.
