Who says that large conference venues can’t be historical and unusual as well? The National Maritime Museum is located on the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Maritime Greenwich. Not only is it a stunning venue that your guests won’t forget in a hurry, but it’s perfect for those bigger conferences.
At the heart of the museum, you’ll find the striking, glass-ceilinged Great Map – the ideal spot for your main stage or exhibitor stands. But you’ll also benefit from a range of smaller spaces ideal for workshops, talks and panel discussions. We particularly love the Leopold Muller Lecture Theatre – purpose-built for conferences and meetings, it boasts the latest technology and seats 130.

As well as state-of-the-art technology, Vue West End offers everything your large conference could need, allowing you to swap out the popcorn in favour of professional catering and a fully licensed (and super slick and stylish) bar. And all just a minute’s walk from Leicester Square tube station. What more could you ask for?!

With over 6,000 square metres of event space, the Business Design Centre is an event planner’s dream when it comes to large conferences. Located in the former royal agricultural hall, its flexible, blank canvas rooms offer contemporary design mixed with original ironwork. And if that wasn’t enough, it’s carbon neutral!
Looking for a massive open-plan space to form the central hub of your conference? The Mezzanine or Gallery Hall will be just the ticket. Need a main stage for those key talks and panel discussions? Check out the flexible Auditorium, which seats 500. And that’s not to mention all the more intimate spaces available for breakouts, from Rooms B-H. Oh, the options!

Big, bright and beautiful are three words that spring to mind when we think of East Wintergarden. Located in the heart of one of London’s primary business districts, it’s perfect for corporate audiences who can amble there from their desks!
Stealing the spotlight here is the Main Hall with its overhanging Gallery. These spaces feature a striking 27-metre-high domed glass ceiling and panoramic views of the surrounding skyline. But the more intimate Promenade Room certainly deserves a mention too. This classy and cosy space seats 40, making it ideal for breakout sessions like workshops and meetings.
