The space is perfect for meetings, conferences with lots of break out space, product launches, board meetings or workshops. The space lends itself well to anyone needing lots of different creative areas, while being in a seperate private area of the hotel.
The Billiards Room
Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Billiards Room, is a unique, multi-purpose space, where our antique wooden meeting table unveils a hidden gem as this can be transformed into a fully fledged billiards table. This room can be booked out for meetings, boardroom meetings, conferences and workshops for up to 14 guests as well as breakout space to play pool or snooker, and includes a hidden TV screen, full AV capabilities, and access to our fully stocked Pantry.

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight, and suitable for a range of meetings or business lunches and dinners, the brick walls, stylish décor and unique lighting design all add to the space. The Conservatory is a bright and open space, ideal for boardroom meetings and private dinners for up to 10 guests, or a reception for up to 15 guests. The room can also be combined with our other event spaces, including our fully-stocked Pantry and Billiards Room.
