The Billiards Room

The Billiards Room is a uniquely playful space, perfect for receptions, games rooms, weddings and parties. Ideal for dinners up to 14 guests, or receptions for up to 20, The Billiards Room unveils a hidden gem, as the dining table can be transformed into a fully fledged billiards table! The room can be hired separately, or can be combined with a number of our other spaces, including our fully stocked Pantry, with snacks, a premium wine fridge and much more. Bespoke menus are created by our chefs, or alternatively you can dine in our award-winning restaurant.

The Conservatory

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight in the day, and cosy in the evening, this space is suitable for a range of private dining events for up to 10 guests. Catering is provided by our award- winning restaurant, Kitchen at Holmes, with a range of menus and options to choose from, including cocktail masterclasses. For those who don't want the evening to end, head straight to our stylish bedrooms upstairs for the night.

The Pantry

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Pantry is a beautiful contemporary home kitchen with everything you need to host your private party. Featuring handpicked marble cabinets with matching counter tops, high kitchen stools, fully-stocked snack drawers and a premium wine fridge with still and sparkling water on tap, The Pantry is available for private hire, including the options of hosting cocktail masterclasses and cookery workshops for up to 20 people.

The Cellar

Our versatile Gallery is perfect for event meetings. The space can be set for an endless type of table layouts with a fix 65" plasma TV. This can be connected to show presentations and slides and can be controlled via remote or your own phone

The Parlour

The Parlour forms part of The Residence, expanding the existing M&E footprint, adding a naturally lit, design-led space that complements the current spaces within The Residence. The Parlour provides a relaxed, yet professional environment suited to both corporate and social bookings.
