The Conservatory

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight, and suitable for a range of meetings or business lunches and dinners, the brick walls, stylish décor and unique lighting design all add to the space. The Conservatory is a bright and open space, ideal for boardroom meetings and private dinners for up to 10 guests, or a reception for up to 15 guests. The room can also be combined with our other event spaces, including our fully-stocked Pantry and Billiards Room.

The Laboratory

The Laboratory at Holmes Hotel London creates a unique and immersive private dining experience. Decorated with vintage and antique scientific equipment, as well as bespoke artwork inspired by Conan Doyle's letters and mystery solving artifacts, it is an ideal space to celebrate special ocassions with loved ones. The room can be hired separately, or can be combined with a number of our other spaces, including our fully-stocked Pantry, with snacks, a premium fridge and much more. The Laboratory can accommodate up to 14 people for a private dinner.

The Residence

The Billiards Room is a uniquely playful space, perfect for receptions, games rooms, weddings and parties. Ideal for dinners up to 14 guests, or receptions for up to 20, The Billiards Room unveils a hidden gem, as the dining table can be transformed into a fully fledged billiards table! The room can be hired separately, or can be combined with a number of our other spaces, including our fully stocked Pantry, with snacks, a premium wine fridge and much more. Bespoke menus are created by our chefs, or alternatively you can dine in our award-winning restaurant.

The Cellar

Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Pantry is a beautiful contemporary home kitchen with everything you need to host your private party. Featuring handpicked marble cabinets with matching counter tops, high kitchen stools, fully-stocked snack drawers and a premium wine fridge with still and sparkling water on tap, The Pantry is available for private hire, including the options of hosting cocktail masterclasses and cookery workshops for up to 20 people.

The Gallery

Capacity: Up to 60 Reception guests

The Gallery is our bigger meeting rooms space in the hotel and can be perfect for private dinners. This is due to it being a big square space where round and tressel tables can be placed upon request to make the dinning experience as personalised as can be.

The Parlour

Capacity: Up to 50 Reception guests

The Parlour forms part of The Residence, expanding the existing M&E footprint, adding a naturally lit, design-led space that complements the current spaces within The Residence. The Parlour provides a relaxed, yet professional environment suited to both corporate and social bookings.

The Damson

Capacity: Up to 6 Boardroom guests

The Damson Room offers exclusive hire, curated menus and a premium, intimate F&B environment. The space is ideal for business lunches, birthday or anniversary dinners, chef tasting menus, wine-led experiences, and more.
