The Business space can accommodate up to 18 guests in boardroom layout and up to 20 guests in U-shape layout, though 20 guests may feel tight. For cabaret-style seating, the space can handle up to 25 guests comfortably.

The Dinner Package costs £100.00 plus VAT per person and includes 1 glass of prosecco on arrival, 3-course dinner (£65.00 set menu), half bottle of mineral water, half bottle of house wine, room hire, and cloakroom. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to the final bill.

The minimum spend varies by space and event type. For The Gallery (up to 37 guests cabaret), the minimum spend is £2,250.00 plus VAT (reduced from £3,500) plus 12.5% service charge. For larger events, minimum spends of £2,700 and £4,000 plus VAT have been quoted.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the space. Final event details must be provided 10 days before the event date. All prices are subject to VAT and a 12.5% discretionary service charge.

Available spaces include The Gallery (up to 37 cabaret/60 standing), The Billiard room (up to 14-15 guests), The Conservatory (8-10 seated), and The Residence area which includes Pantry, Conservatory, Billiard, Library, Laboratory, and Cellar rooms. Multiple spaces can be combined for larger events up to 80 people.

Events typically run during standard business hours with evening availability until late. Examples from bookings show timings like 18:00-21:00, 19:00-22:00, and 15:00-20:00. The venue appears to accommodate both daytime and evening events.

Beyond the dinner packages, the venue offers canape and drinks packages starting at £50.00 plus VAT per person (including 1 glass prosecco, 2 glasses wine/beer, 4 canapes, room hire, cloakroom). Bowl food options are available with only 3 bowl choices on the menu, though ingredients can be adjusted for dietary requirements.

The venue does not host 18th birthday parties. The hotel appears to focus on corporate events, private dining, and adult celebrations. All events are subject to the venue's suitability assessment based on the event type and requirements.
