Located within The Residence at Holmes Hotel London, The Conservatory features a large open skylight to the private courtyard above. Flooded with natural daylight, and suitable for a range of meetings or business lunches and dinners, the brick walls, stylish décor and unique lighting design all add to the space.

The Conservatory is a bright and open space, ideal for boardroom meetings and private dinners for up to 10 guests, or a reception for up to 15 guests.

The room can also be combined with our other event spaces, including our fully-stocked Pantry and Billiards Room.

Private dining packages start at £100 plus VAT per person, including 1 glass of prosecco on arrival, 3-course dinner (£65 set menu), half bottle of mineral water, half bottle of house wine, room hire, and cloakroom. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to the final bill.

Yes, The Conservatory can be combined with other spaces including The Billiard Room, Pantry, and other areas within The Residence. This allows for larger events or different areas for drinks reception and dining.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the space. Final event details must be provided 10 days before the event date. Bookings are typically held on 'Joint First Option' status initially.

The space offers boardroom layout for up to 10 guests and U-shape layout for up to 18 guests (though this may feel tight at maximum capacity). For 20 guests, only one large table setup is possible due to space constraints.

The venue can accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. For bowl food options, only 3 bowl choices are available on the menu, though ingredients can be adjusted for specific dietary needs.
