A showstopping outside garden space in the heart of central London (behind the Ritz) for 12 - 120 guests standing. The Garden can be hired in areas or exclusively. The Decking is a raised private area with parasols, lighting and heating; seating up to 25 guests beautifully on one long table, or 40 standing for a reception. Alfresco menus choices in abundance, the grill, stone baked pizza oven and Garden Bar all elevating your dining experience. Perfect for summer parties, picnic events, receptions, team buildings, product launches, garden games, and networking events.

This unique private room with feature fireplace and period detail has floor to ceiling windows giving plenty of natural daylight. Providing comfort and elegance, it is ideal as a breakout room and meeting room.

Weddings

The Royal Over-Seas League is an elegant venue in central London offering a unique and tranquil setting for your special day. This historic listed building features superb views and is minutes from Buckingham Palace and other wonderful attractions in the West End. Comprising two Grade 1 listed buildings, Over-Seas House offers a range of splendid period function rooms; many with exquisite views over a private garden and into Green Park. Licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies; we offer a complete and exemplary service, for 20 to 200 guests.

Bennet-Clark Room

This bright and airy room was once the bedroom of the Dowager Duchess of Rutland. Adorned with large gold mirrors and stunning views over Green Park this room is an ideal central London venue for intimate meetings or dinners.

Hall of India

Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an option partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other.

Rutland Room

The Rutland Room is enchanting, decadent and inviting; featuring an original carved marble fireplace designed by John Rysbrack (1736), and floor to ceiling windows with picture perfect views of the garden and the royal Green Park beyond. The interconnecting Bennet Clark Room provides a seamless transition should a break out space or reception drinks/catering space be required.

Princess Alexandra Hall

A versatile blank canvas with advanced technology. White acoustic panelling, floor to ceiling mirrors, light wooden floors and extensive natural daylight create a modern, spacious event location for up to 180 guests theatre style with staging. A space designed for performances and performers alike, superb acoustics, the Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with integrated audio-visual system. Perfect for concerts, performances, rehearsals, recitals, and exhibitions.
