Room hire costs range from £1,300 plus VAT for Hall of India & Pakistan to £5,500 plus VAT for combined spaces like Brabourne Room with Garden access.

Several dining packages are offered including a Gala Dinner package at £137 plus VAT per person (minimum 60 guests) with arrival sparkling wine, three-course meal, half bottle of house wine, port, cheese platter, and room hire from 18:00-23:00. Wedding packages start at £244 plus VAT per person (minimum 30 guests) including one-hour sparkling reception, 8 canapés, three-course dinner, half bottle of wine, and champagne toast. Day delegate packages range from £85-£193 plus VAT per person depending on inclusions.

Capacity varies significantly by room and setup: Princess Alexandra Hall seats 40 guests on round tables with dance floor space or 80 guests cabaret style. Hall of India & Pakistan accommodates 80-120 guests on round tables or 150 standing reception style. The Garden can host up to 120 guests standing for receptions, with exclusive hire requiring approval from the Director General.

Most dining events run from 18:00-23:00 for evening functions, though day events typically operate 08:00-17:00. Garden events can run 12:00-16:00 or 18:00-22:00 depending on the booking. Access times vary by space but generally allow setup from 1-2 hours before guest arrival, with full vacation required by the specified end time.

A deposit of 100% of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of written confirmation. A signed contract must accompany the deposit payment, and you must provide contact details for invoicing along with the relevant billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage on final invoices (you can opt out by informing the events team before final invoicing). Entertainment, decorations, and special equipment like piano hire (£200 plus VAT plus tuning) are charged separately. All prices quoted are plus VAT at 20%.

No, Six Park Place does not permit external caterers due to limited kitchen facilities available to outside providers. The venue operates exclusively with in-house catering services. All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the events team, and the venue maintains standards in keeping with the Royal Over-Seas League clubhouse environment.

Key dining spaces include Princess Alexandra Hall (modern blank canvas with mirrors, wooden floors, integrated AV system), Hall of India & Pakistan (historic wood-panelled walls from 1937, newly refurbished 2023, adjoining theatre-style bar), and the award-winning Garden (English country garden setting with grill, pizza oven, lounge areas, parasols). Each space offers different atmospheres from contemporary to heritage settings.

In the Garden, only jazz, classical, or acoustic background music is permitted in keeping with the clubhouse environment and neighbourhood considerations. The venue can arrange pianists starting from £250 for background music during dinner or £300 for performance-style sets. All entertainment must be approved in advance by the events team.

Garden exclusive hire requires approval from the Royal Over-Seas League Director General and has a minimum spend of £11,500 plus VAT (some quotes mention £12,000 minimum). The Garden is normally shared space unless exclusive hire is specifically arranged and approved. Weather contingency planning should include indoor backup spaces like Hall of India & Pakistan.
