The entire museum can be hired out exclusively for large receptions and corporate events in the evening. In a unique location, and surrounded by the galleries and exhibitions, provide the perfect backdrop to a company event. The hire of the whole museum can have up to 2000 people for a reception.


As Covent Garden's original flower market, the Galleries at London Transport Museum provide a unique space for any event from breakfasts to award ceremonies to product launches to panel discussions. Guests are immersed in two floors of London's rich transport history including interactive exhibitions, early tube carriages and our ever-popular Elizabeth Line driving experience. The elegantly furnished Writing Room is a beautifully proportioned and intimate setting for a Christmas lunch or dinner. Hung with famous paintings of cricketing scenes, it offers excellent views of the Ground from the north end of the Pavilion.


The Palm Court is a stunning reception area and is most certainly the area within our events space with the biggest wow factor! The glass domed roof of the Palm Court creates a distinct feeling of being outside when in. Its high glass ceiling allows light to flood in by day whilst turning into a focal point, lighting up, as evening falls. This space is ideal for standing functions or drinks receptions.


The River Room on 2nd floor of One Whitehall Place offers a stunning backdrop to your private dinner. With views over Whitehall Gardens, London Eye and River Thames Once the ladies room, the wooden-panelled River Room is perfect for formal and informal dinner parties. This can be hired as one room, or in conjunction with Churchill's Bar for pre-lunch or dinner drinks

Barbican Centre City of London

The Conservatory at the Barbican is one of the most unusual, unique, and memorable venues in London for corporate events. The space is a tropical rain forest, get networking among 2000 species of tropical plants and 100s of species of tropical fish.
