All of our spaces attract high profile private hire from leading supermarkets to film publishers, we can cater for most types of events/hires. Our spaces are especially great for private parties, product launches, networking events and drinks receptions. Our 1920s Art Deco dancehall has unique features, full audio visual install and Funktion-One sound system. Our terrace has views across the South-London skyline and Windrush Square and is also kitted out with speakers and more.

The Venetia Room is the perfect spot for small private event
The Great Room is jewel in the crown, accommodating up to 180 guests theatre and 80 guests cabaret style for conferences. The room features high ceilings and a skylight which floods in a natural daylight. The room is air-conditioned and can be completely blacked out for presentations or hybrid events. The state-of-the art audio-visual facilities include an HD projector for both data and professional format video projection.
This spectacular room, beautifully lit by an elevated glass rooftop, showcases Northern Italian paintings from the 16th century. The striking marble staircase entrance leads up to an intricately decorate ceiling of golden leaves, making it a truly regal setting. Just situated off the Portico Entrance, Central Hall is perfectly located to accommodate exceptional receptions for up to 200 guests, or dinner for up to 100.
Bermondsey Social is a unique space set under a railway arch in South Bermondsey. An Ideal spot for private parties, club nights, corporate events, Christmas parties, Birthday parties and much more BSC boasts to have one of the best outdoor areas south of the river along with a state of the art light rig and amazing DnB sound system. We can accommodate up to 120-140 guests for events and have staging on site should you need it for a live band to play or to present an award. We also have a projector and screen. Our License is till 4am 7 days a week.
Located on the sixth floor, the stunning Terrace Room has two outdoor terraces either side of the main room, making this an ideal space for hosting launches, lunches, screenings, summer receptions and dinners for up to 80 guests.
An impressive room by any standards. Spacious with plenty of natural daylight and full of impressive, iconic period features of oak panelling and magnificent stained-glass windows, detailing a history of insurance companies from the past. The Great Hall is perfect for conferences, presentations, AGMs and awards ceremonies. The space is fully equipped with an automated blackout system, lobby reception area, adjustable lighting, 13ft front projection screen and features a fixed stage and minstrel gallery.
The spectacular Great Hall is the jewel in the crown of Central Hall seating up to 2,160 people. This intimate setting offers excellent opportunities for communication between speakers and the audience, for AGMs, Conferences and other special events, such as Awards and Graduation Ceremonies. The Great Hall is also perfectly suited to events from classical music to rock concerts with state of the art audio visual and sound system. This room has the largest domed ceiling. in all of Europe. The price listed is indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the event.
Located on the ground floor of the building, the Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered seating for up to 210 guests. Perfect for Launches, Lectures, Conferences and Workshops. The room hire includes the use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery located on the lower ground floor for registration and catering, a technician during the hours booked and audio visual equipment (data projector, lectern, 6 top table microphones, 2 hand held radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, laptop)
The Long Room, fronting the Pavilion, is a world-famous sight at Lord’s – international cricket players pass through it on their way onto and off the field of play. A magnificent backdrop for elegant Christmas parties, private dining, lunches and receptions, it has high, ornate ceilings and is fronted by glass. Its walls are lined with fine paintings celebrating the game from the 18th century to the present day. The adjoining Long Room Bar can also be used as a characterful drinks reception area.
Disappear behind the wine shelf, revealing a secret entrance to The Living Room! Guests will descend the stairs to the hidden bar below, featuring eye-catching tropical wall treatments, a mixture of lush, velvet seating in rich jewel-tone colours and the bar's signature caves, artistically built into arched brick walls. The Living Room has it's own private bar, informal seating & table areas with surrounding mingling space. Also includes a separate sound system to play your own music and private WC facilities. Ideal for drinks & canape receptions, corporate networking and Christmas parties!
Ideally located in the centre of venue and covering over 2000m2, the Mezzanine has an exceptional abundance of light and has the perfect space for large exhibitions, awards evening dinners, gala dinners, large conferences and more. It's proximity to the breakout rooms makes the space ideal for a conference to run alongside a large exhibition.
The Conservatory at the Barbican is one of the most unusual, unique, and memorable venues in London for corporate events. The space is a tropical rain forest, get networking among 2000 species of tropical plants and 100s of species of tropical fish. The Conservatory is protected by a large glass roof, it is suitable in any weather condition with space for up to 150 guests. Use this oasis, tucked away in the concrete of the Barbican, to escape the humdrum of a normal event. Embrace the tropical utopia that is the Conservatory.
The Garden room is a beautiful modern space ideal for most intimate events. As the name would suggest, the Garden Room has direct access to the Garden, a tranquil outdoor space, and plenty of natural light. The 24 ft ceiling and large windows create a light and airy atmosphere for your London event in which guests can enjoy the fixed bar, botanical-themed artwork, and there's even space for live music. The Garden Room is an excellent choice for corporate and private events with a capacity for up to 90 guests. It is often hired in conjunction with the Garden to offer outdoor space.
The Orangery is a beautiful space in which to hold presentations, conferences, parties, product launches and other events of all kinds. There is natural daylight all day due to the glass ceiling and a delicate aroma from the orange trees. The space can be styled depending on the needs of your event.
