Welcome to the West Ham East End Pub - a sports bar styled party venue! The Boleyn is a fun, characterful events space featuring pitch views and balcony access. Inside you will find two large bars and two street food kiosks making this the perfect venue for a proper East End knees up party! Chef has created a range of exclusive East End Barrow Boy food stall packages which will give your guests a taste of east London. The Boleyn is perfect for corporate parties from 300 - 1000 guests and also provides a unique backdrop for exhibitions with space for approximately 40 stands and 700 guests


Battersea Evolution is a stunning event space suitable for dinners, parties, large conferences, exhibitions and much more. With 4000m2 of unimpeded space it is ideal for large events and the tenancy period is 6am-6am. It also features a Turn-Key light and sound package and has 24 hour access for build and rigging. The prices listed are indicative and the venue is available from mid-September to mid-June. Hire is £20-30k for event days and £10-15k for rig days.

Barbican Centre City of London

Our removable, split level flat floor means we can now also hold large conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies, fashion events, weddings, product launches, film premiers, private parties and more. Our newly restored art deco venue never fails to impress and our stunning foyer bars can cater for drinks receptions before or after the main event in our spectacular auditorium. This is an exclusive corporate event space and the venue is never shared.

The Brewery City of London

The Porter Tun is one of the largest and oldest unobstructed event spaces in London. An exposed King Post timber roof giving a clear span of 60ft above a 778 square metre antique wooden floor makes it a perfect location for conferences, awards dinners, fashion shows and exhibitions. The large raised balcony is ideal for a reception area or presentation platform. It is equipped with state of the art sound system, Wifi, and fully integrated LED lighting system. This room is fully air controlled and has natural daylight. The Malt Room is able to be booked as a green room.


The Panorama Room is strategically positioned within the venue next to our largest hall, meaning it can be hired alongside other spaces or as a stand along room. With the ability to cater up to 500 to 800 delegates for a large conference, it also has an outdoor terrace with stunning panoramic views of London, which is ideal for post-conference drinks and canapés. There is plenty of natural daylight that gives a light, airy atmosphere in their room. This space is a blank canvas that can be decorated or themed in any way that you please to help create a personalized environment.


The Gallery Hall is a multi-purpose space and can be used for any event. Complete with breakout spaces, audio-visual technology and internet connections, the space is an ideal venue for large conferences, networking events and awards dinners.


The Wren Room is the hotel's largest single conference and event space (though it can also be combined with the Shakespeare Room). With the latest technology, it is ideal for large conferences and events (see the facilities list for more information.)

The majority of venues will have their own preferred AV supplier, however, you can use your own AV company for your conference if you prefer. Bear in mind that the venue will need to check for liability insurance.


What are the typical venue requirements for a large conference?

Large conferences typically have a registration area, a main plenary, perhaps some breakout rooms and exhibition area if your sponsors need to set up a stand. Exhibition stands can be put in the catering room and the best catering is offered in a DDR package.
