The Thames Room is the perfect space for a small boardroom meeting or private dining for up to ten people.

The President's room is located in the Georgian townhouse and has an array of historic features including a marble fireplace, decorative cornicing, impressive chandeliers and a splendid oak table. The stunning views with acoustic glazing over Cavendish Square offer an elegant setting for meetings, product launches or more intimate events. The space can host up to 24 for a boardroom meeting/round table or 22 for private dining and comes with a 96" portable screen with streaming capabilities. The Presidents room can be booked as a suite offering a separate catering space.

These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal events venue in London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for boardroom meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use the space for catering, exhibitions or breakout areas for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre. The DDR ranges from £49-65 per person.

Stained glass windows and oak paneling surround the meeting table in the Court Room, creating the perfect environment for meetings, conferences, AGM's, workshops, presentations, seminars, and other corporate functions. Capable of holding up to 160 people for a conference, the Court Room is an elegant and traditional room with state-of-the-art facilities designed to make your day productive and inspiring. The Library provides an anteroom for up to 90 guests, perfect for networking or refreshments whilst taking in Livery artefacts from the last 700 years.

We hope that glamorous Emma Peel from The Avengers would approve of this room, with its memorable wall of silver birch tree trunks and a beautiful bespoke chandelier. Measuring 37 square metres (400 square feet), it seats up to 16 people for lunch and dinner, board meetings and presentations.

Fine room 1 is is the largest and the grandest of the Fine rooms. With it's traditional features such as the marble fireplace, ornate ceiling and almost full height windows, it is suitable for seminars, conferences, product launches, and team building events. The adjoining Fine Room 2 acts as the perfect breakout and catering space, allowing your meeting room to be used to it's full potential. It is also perfect for a sit down dinner for up to 80 guests (this number can be increased by using the adjoining Fine room 2).

The Parlour is traditional and beautifully decorated. Located on the ground floor it is an ideal space for receptions, presentations, meetings and private dining. The DDR includes meeting room hire, tea and pastries, mid-morning tea & coffee, fork buffet lunch, afternoon tea, staffing and cutlery, cloak room, basic AV and flip chart.

Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.

The Seminar Room is located in the Museum's Clore Learning Centre. It has a high technical specification making it an ideal venue for an intimate business meeting, AGM, conference or workshop. The Museum's events team regularly work with experienced external events companies who specialise in corporate team building events which utilise some of the Museum's unique collections.

The Ann Rylands Room is an ideal meeting space for up to 12 people. A lovely room, full of light and charm with access to it's own private rooftop terrace which is ideal for summer meetings. The space can also be used as a meeting breakout space in addition to the other first floor spaces. This Central London meeting space is perfect for smaller gatherings.

Adjacent to the Main ODEON LUXE Leicester Square are the ODEON Studios featuring 5 smaller screens seating from 33 - 54 guests. Whatever your corporate event be it a private screening for clients and colleagues, conference announcement or launch event your audience will get the best seats in the house. With a capacity for 50 to 90, it's also well-suited as a breakout space for conferences held in the larger rooms. Our event designers are at your disposal to help organise and manage your event, freeing you up to concentrate on making your meeting or seminar productive and successful. Catering and beverages are available onsite, as well.

The Durham Street Auditorium is an intimate, charming space - ideal for business presentations, screenings, press briefings, away days and an escape for the usual office environment. The DSA can seat up to 60 delegates in cinema style seating allowing your guests to sit back and enjoy the show!
