Offering something different in the West-London events scene, The Midnight Lounge at All Star Lanes White City is ideal for drinks receptions, networking events, office nights out and private celebrations of all kinds. The Midnight Lounge features an impressive and sizeable private bar, a mixture of informal seating & table areas with surrounding mingling space for up to 120 people, plus unlimited bowling on your own private lanes! The Treasurers room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian Town house part of the venue and can accommodate up to 16 delegates round a fixed oak boardroom table. This stunning space overlooks our peaceful Courtyard and Orangery, has a magnificent marble fireplace, cornicing and central chandelier. This is a very bright room with large windows and french glass doors that is the perfect space for intimate meetings, round table discussions and board meetings.

The Marie-Louise Room is a great space for small meetings and interviews. This room can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests in boardroom style only.

The Prince Philip Room is a first-floor event space directly above the Tavern Room and provides an ideal backdrop for conferences, meetings, dinners and drinks receptions. Located next to the Romney Room, Shipley Room and Folkestone Room these series of rooms can work well together for break out spaces or independently. The Adam ceiling with painted roundels offers a stunning focus to the room.

Steeped in history and synonymous with The Beatles, Studio Two is the most famous recording facility in the world. Throughout it's history it has played host to some of the most iconic music of all time. Not only did the Beatles use Studio 2 throughout their career, it was also used by Pink Floyd to record the Dark Side of the Moon album. Countless other artists have used the space to record iconic works. This exclusive space is perfect for drinks receptions, intimate dinners and private performances, as well as press launches and screenings.

Situated next to the Grand Hotel Bar you'll find two leafy pergolas. Our pergolas have great vantage point overlooking the Helter Skelter Course and are perfect for smaller Christmas celebrations. The large pergola can seat up to 16 people and the smaller pergola can seat up to 8.

With views over the gaming area below, The Big Top Mezzanine provides the best seats in the house at Fairgame. With standing and seating space for up to 100 people, 4 incredible floating carousel booths (get your cameras at the ready) and a private bar, this is an event space like no other.

Fine room 1 is is the largest and the grandest of the Fine rooms. With marbled fireplace, ornate ceiling and almost full height windows, it is most suitable for seminars, conferences, product launches, and team building events. It can also be used for a sit down dinner for up to 80 guests (this number can be increased by using the adjoining Fine room 2).

A flexible, bright space suited to a maximum of 150 delegates theatre style or 50 for a boardroom style seating. This space is ideal for meetings, conferences, workshops, conferences and private meetings/ Found on the first floor of the building, the Robert Perks Room has natural daylight and benefits from blackout facilities so that presentations can be quickly done in this room. Adjacent is two smaller rooms, ideal for breakout sessions or use as a reception area or cloakroom.

The Play Room is a unique private event space at Bounce Old Street, with the ability to accommodate up to 90 standing guests. Hiring the room for up to 6 hours include 3 ping pong tables, a private bar with a dedicated mixologist, LCD screen, plug and play iPod docking station, UV lights with iridescent artwork across the entire room.

Great for all event types, filming, fashion, photo shoots, conferences and team building.

The Seminar Room is located in the Museum's Clore Learning Centre. It has a high technical specification making it an ideal venue for an intimate business meeting, AGM, conference or workshop. The Museum's events team regularly work with experienced external events companies who specialise in corporate team building events which utilise some of the Museum's unique collections.

For larger groups of up to 70 guests, we can give you an amazing exclusive area with direct private access to our stunning bar all the while overlooking the Emerald and Ruby courses.
