No hire fee is charged and no service charge is applied, though you can add a discretionary percentage if you wish.

The Main Bar Area accommodates 20-320 people, while the venue can handle up to 400 people across all areas including the covered Winter Terrace (150 people). Private rooms include the Coffee Shop (60 people), DJ East (50 people), Chinatown (50 people), RUBELL's karaoke room (45 people), Secret Room karaoke (25 people), Subway East (20 people), and HIGHLINE (30 people).

The venue closes at 11pm. Events typically run in the evening, and the venue manager is on site most days until 6pm/7pm for meetings and consultations.
