The marble sculptures, wood panelling and classic chequerboard floor tiles belie the room's original purpose and today the Orangery makes a timelessly elegant venue for drinks receptions. You'll also have exclusive use of the glorious Privy Gardens, where you and your guests can enjoy drinks and photographs before heading inside for dinner, dancing and merrymaking until the small hours. The Orangery can accommodate up to 250 guests. It is available for hire in the evenings from 18:30 onwards.

This room is flooded with lots of natural light, with the windows looking out over spectacular views of the Gardens, fantastic for morning receptions.

There can be up to 20 people or utilise the hall for a summer birthday party, meeting, buffet, or corporate celebration for up to 40 guests. If weather is fine the battlements offer a beautiful drinks reception and entertainment space which overlooks the river Thames on one side and ravens and the White Tower on the other. Receptions are available for up to 80 guests or there are dining options available inside the Wakefield tower for up to 40 guests. There are optional extras of a private viewing of the crown jewels or attending the Ceremony of The Keys.
