Located next to the Grace Gate, and overlooking the Pavilion and the Harris Garden, the Thomas Lord Suite combines considerable style with ease of use.

With natural daylight and open-plan flexibility, it is a large and versatile venue that can suit different sizes of groups and is an ideal setting for birthday parties, Christmas parties, receptions and weddings. The space is also available as a dry hire with selected outside caterers.

A versatile, large ground-floor space in a central London venue. Ideal for conferences and corporate events.

The second largest space in the venue, and named after one of the greatest Britons, the Churchill is a highly versatile space, located on the ground floor. With a slightly raked floor, it has perfect views of the stage from all angles and is ideal for large scale conferences (in a variety of layouts including theatre, cabaret and classroom).

The Pickwick is included in the hire of the Churchill (subject to agreed minimum catering levels). Located on the first floor, it is suitable for drinks receptions, exhibitions and as a catering space.

Situated on the First floor of the centrally-located Leonardo Royal London City Hotel, the Auditorium is a generously-sized meeting and events space, impressively accommodating up to 450 delegates. The room can also be split into the Lion and Bell suites, for slightly smaller events of up to 180 delegates.
