The Bloomsbury Ballroom operates with minimum food and beverage spends that vary by day: Monday £12,000 + VAT, Tuesday £12,500-£14,000 + VAT, Wednesday £15,000 + VAT, Thursday £18,000-£20,000 + VAT, Friday £21,000 dry hire (plus F&B costs), and Saturday £35,000 + VAT.
