Maynard 3 is an airy, functional meeting room with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is located on the lower ground floor of the contemporary  conference facilities and is served by two lifts making it fully accessible. All catering is served in the spacious foyer situated directly outside the room perfect for networking between sessions or finishing the day with drinks . The room is perfect for a small standalone meeting or can be booked as part of the Maynard Suite.

A spacious venue with versatile dining areas, ideal for events and weddings featuring Mediterranean cuisine.

Carmel Fitzrovia is perfectly set up for wedding functions with two separate bars, an open-plan kitchen to the front and a beautiful Green Room towards the back, which is bathed in natural light and decorated with an abundance of greenery. The Green Room can be easily converted into a dance floor simply by removing a few central tables. We offer a wide range of menus to accommodate weddings, to include a canapé reception and banquet sharing menu. We work closely with , an event production team to produce your dream event. Room for 96 guests seated inside and 150 guests for standing reception.
