Modern, airy conference theatre in a Georgian townhouse. Ideal for hybrid events and receptions.

The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor. 

The Maynard Foyer has its own registration area, 2 55" screens and is perfect for catering, networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor.

The space is equipped with hybrid technology, a lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector, screen, and comfort monitor. The theatre can hold a maximum of 140 Theatre or 81 Cabaret.

The Conversation Room & Mezzanine offer a quirky and contemporary space for an evening dinner or private lunch.

Both located on the ground floor and adjoined, guests can be welcomed to the Mezzanine for an arrival drinks reception and then ushered through to the Conversation Room hosting a more intimate affair for up to 30 guests on a boardroom table or a larger dinner on rounds for up to 96 guests.

If you are looking to provide a party after the event, then dancing can take place back out in the Mezzanine or even in our Atrium located on the lower ground floor which the Mezzanine overlooks.

A modernist venue with a traditional chamber for corporate events, seating up to 150.

A traditional and impressive backdrop for smaller conferences, meetings, training sessions and AGMs, perfect for corporate business events in a central London venue. 

The Council Chamber boasts high ceilings, original wood panelling and a majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans, such as 150 in theatre. It is well-equipped with HD digital projection to a 10 x 6ft screen, a sound desk, and 2 LCD screens, perfect for presentations.

The meeting rooms on the same floor provide an excellent space for breakout areas and catering.
