The Great Hall accommodates up to 294 theatre style or 160 cabaret. The Bevan Suite holds 150 theatre or 77 cabaret. The Garden and Garden Room combination has a maximum of 90 guests. Tudor Hart Room seats 14 boardroom style, while Anderson Room accommodates 22 boardroom style. The venue can handle events from 20 to 300 people across their various spaces.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, however the 3rd floor (where Bevan Suite and Harvey Room are located) requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access the rooms. Ground floor spaces like the Paget Room offer direct accessibility.

Standard business events typically run 9am-5pm with room access from 8am for setup. Evening events in the Garden close at 22:00 but can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00. Some spaces like the Garden and Garden Room can only be booked from 6:30pm-11pm for certain events. Events requiring setup access from 4pm onwards may have different availability and pricing.
