The Highwalk Forum at Convene 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul's has been purpose built for corporate events, and is an ideal space to host team Christmas parties, receptions, awards ceremonies, and more. It can accommodate up to 400 attendees in a theatre setting and up to 240 in various configurations including banquet and cabaret. Staging is available for presentations and performances. The large gathering space features oversized windows, built in A/V technology and dedicated hospitality resources. The Convene on-site team and in-house catering will ensure your event checks every box.

Beveridge Hall boasts flexible seating and a large stage area for meetings and conferences.

The complimentary Crush Hall inspires visitors entering the venue, with its elegant art deco styling complemented by a dramatic staircase leading up to spacious landings.

The ME Room is a large and versatile space, ideal for daytime conferences and large meetings. 
Accommodating up to 150 guests theatre style, the The ME Room comes complete with screen and projector, uplighting as well as speakers for background music.

The ME Room sits alongside 6 smaller studios, which can be used as breakout spaces, or for catering.

DDR packages are available, or bespoke pricing is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner events.

A separate reception area with cloakroom and welcome desk is also included with hire of the ME Room.

The Edinburgh Suite located on the first floor boasts natural daylight and is designed to incorporate the architecture and heritage of the venue. 

This room can accommodate up to 400 guests for a standing buffet and 200 guests for a banquet. The Drawing Room, adjacent to the Edinburgh Suite is designed with a dramatic and theatrical feel, magnificent lighting and self contained with a circular bar - perfect for a drinks reception, coffee point, or breakout area for an exhibition or main plenary room.
