Four elegant wood-panelled meeting rooms which can open out to create a large space ideal for event hire in central London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest room and Meeting Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. They can be hired individually or in combination if a larger space is needed. Perfect for meetings, conferences, receptions and private events in London, they can also be used as catering, exhibition and breakout space for events taking place in the Council Chamber. 
The rooms combined can hold up to 160 standing, 160 theatre, 100 cabaret, 72 boardroom.

This newly refurbished space is perfect for a small team meetings and presentations, with inclusive AV facilities. The room can accommodate up to 56 in theatre style, 32 in cabaret or 24 in boardroom style. 

It has plenty of natural light , with large windows looking out over the beautiful Lincoln's Inn Fields. Catering would be served within the room, or guests are welcome to visit Searcy's ARC Cafe, also on the ground floor.
The AV includes a large screen combined with a Microsoft Windows device facilitating the use of Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Our largest event room, the original floor to ceiling silver-grey wood panelled walls presented by the Indian Government in 1937 make this room a distinctive setting. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, fine dining and receptions. The room has an optional partition which forms 2 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for a seminar or meeting in one half with catering served in the other. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.
