Our two private rooms were originally the Hippodrome Theatre manager’s offices when it opened in 1900, and overlook Charing Cross Road. They provide an intimate atmosphere for private dinners, presentations and business meetings. Set-ups can vary from boardroom to party to theatre style. Both are perfect for groups looking for a unique and central venue. There are two private dining menus available.

A tech-equipped, elegant Victorian room for meetings or events, seating up to 50 people.

The Naoroji Room features a comprehensive array of business-grade technology, with a large 75-inch screen and webcam supporting audio/video conference calling for remote access meetings. Presentations can easily be made too, with laptops or mobile devices connecting quickly and simply to the screen. 

The room focuses on meetings, with a large central modular table seating a maximum of 20 people. For other event types, the central table can easily be rearranged to suit classroom or theatre style, accommodating up to 50 people.

The Farmers Suite is our largest function room and is a bright, airy room
with stunning views of Embankment Gardens and The River Thames. This beautiful, versatile room can be divided into two rooms if required; The Cumber and The Hudson. It features high-specification, flexible audio visual and sound capability and is ideal for lunches, dinners or meetings. 

A PA system is available for background music to be played, however due to the Club being in a shared building it is not possible to allow live bands/DJs to play at an event.
