The Meston Suite room hire is £1,000.00 for drinks receptions. For dinner events, room hire is included in dinner packages starting from £120.00 per person (reduced from £140.00) with a minimum of 20 guests. The Churchill Bar can be hired for arrival drinks at £400.00.

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 70 theatre style, 32 U-shape, 48 cabaret, 72 banqueting, 45 classroom, and 80 reception. The space features white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows with natural daylight.

Dinner packages start from £120.00 per person (reduced from £140.00) and include one glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu with one vegetarian option, room hire, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of mineral water, menus, candelabras and mirrored centrepieces, and table plan. Minimum 20 guests required.

Silver Package offers one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks at £35.00 per person. Gold Package provides two hours at £55.00 per person. Diamond Package includes three hours at £85.00 per person, and Champagne Package offers three hours with house champagne at £95.00 per person.

Dinner packages require a minimum of 20 guests. For larger spaces like the Whitehall Suite, there's a £5,000 room hire with a minimum £5,000 food and beverage spend for 100 attendees. Some packages have minimum numbers of 25, 40, or 50 depending on the offering.

Continental breakfast is available at £35.00 per person, full English buffet at £46.00 per person. Additional options include canapés from £29.00 per person, finger food from £55.00 per person, and bowl food from £85.00 per person.

Basic AV setup includes large PA system with speakers (£250.00 + VAT), gooseneck microphones at £60.00 each, handheld microphones at £60.00 each, 42" comfort monitors (£265.00 + VAT), and on-site AV technicians at £350.00 each. Full camera and streaming setups are also available.

Private Christmas Party packages start from £145.00 per person and include sparkling wine on arrival, three-course dinner, half bottle of house wine, room hire, Christmas table centrepieces, crackers, novelties, and manned cloakroom. Minimum 65 guests required.
